Thomas G. (Gary) Bufkin
Attorney
Mr. Bufkin is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy (B.S.) and Mississippi College School of Law (J.D.), and he has completed clerkships with both the United States Attorney, Southern District of Mississippi, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi, the Honorable Henry T. Wingate.
Mr. Bufkin currently represents automobile manufacturers and other manufacturing clients, pharmaceutical companies, and local corporations involved in litigation in Mississippi. Mr. Bufkin has successfully defended tens of thousands of product liability claims for these clients. Mr. Bufkin, on behalf of his clients, has appeared in courts around the Country and is licensed to practice in all the state and federal courts in Mississippi, Tennessee and the Fifth Circuit.

Mark C. Carroll
Attorney
Mr. Carroll concentrates on products liability defense and insurance litigation. His emphasis over the last 15 years has been in the pharmaceutical and insurance industries. Mr. Carroll has tried cases throughout Mississippi in state and federal courts for clients in multiple litigations.
Mr. Carroll was also a Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics Agent prior to attending law school. He was later appointed as Special Assistant Attorney General while serving as Chief Legal Counsel of the Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics.
