Shelley Napolitano is an associate with the Carter Law Group. Prior to joining the Carter Law Group, Ms. Napolitano gained experience in two well-respected defense firms representing both companies and individuals in general civil litigation, employment and labor matters, and insurance defense. She also served as Judicial Extern to the Honorable Judge Page McClendon of the Louisiana First Circuit Court of Appeal and as a summer associate for firms in New Orleans and Baton Rouge.

Ms. Napolitano is an active member of the New Orleans legal community. Her memberships include the New Orleans Bar Association, the Claims Litigation Management Alliance, and the New Orleans Chamber of Commerce.

Ms. Napolitano is admitted to all Louisiana state courts. Her practice includes employment matters, personal injury litigation, and insurance defense.
